Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hot Food Chef with proven experience in Japanese cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a wide range of hot Japanese dishes
• Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients as needed
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop seasonal or special menus
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a hot food chef specializing in Japanese cuisine
• In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine and techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a high-volume setting
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
