As a Barista, you will be the face of our concept, responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while providing warm, professional, and personalized service. You will ensure consistency in every cup, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and contribute to the overall atmosphere of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards.

Operate coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers) with skill and care.

Greet and engage with customers, offering menu recommendations and answering questions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating areas.

Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Assist in stock control, inventory, and restocking supplies.

Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred (training can be provided).

Passion for coffee and interest in learning about brewing methods and coffee culture.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and professional appearance.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene is a plus
