Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
Ensuring that all storeroom operations comply with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Managing stock levels to ensure that items are ordered up on time and avoid shortages.
Coordinating with the kitchen and FOH staff to meet their supply needs efficiently.
Handling the return of defective or spoiled goods and ensuring proper disposal
