Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our sales team. This role focuses on preparing accurate, timely quotations for customized trips and supporting international partners with follow-up questions. The position is essential to ensuring smooth communication between TLB and partner representatives, while maintaining the quality and responsiveness our company is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Receive trip requests from partner representatives and prepare tailored quotations.

Support partners with follow-up questions (e.g., hotel substitutions, itinerary adjustments, feasibility of activities).

Coordinate with the Sales Manager and operations team when needed to validate options.

Ensure quotations are clear, accurate, and aligned with client expectations.

Maintain organized records of requests, quotations, and follow-up communications.

Contribute to a responsive, client-focused sales process that enhances TLB’s reputation.

Requirements

Very strong command of French (oral and written).

Good level of English; Arabic is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred but not required).

1–2 years of experience in travel operations or sales is a strong plus; fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests.

Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel/Spreadsheets); knowledge of travel industry software is a plus.
