Receptionist / Front Desk Specialist

We are looking for a Receptionist / Front Desk Specialist to join our team in Beirut. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, assisting clients, and ensuring smooth front-office operations. Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and deliveries.

Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.

Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.

Uphold confidentiality and follow security procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma required; a university degree is an advantage.

Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach.

Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently
