Responsibilities

* Driving HR strategy across two fast-growing organizations
* Leading recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
* Building an inclusive workplace culture & ensuring compliance with Lebanese labor law

Requirements

* 5+ years of HR experience (NGO and/or F\&B background preferred)
* Strong knowledge of HR strategy, policies, and compliance
* A passion for building workplaces where people thrive
