A leading construction company is looking to hire a Senior Civil Engineer to handle one of their projects in Lebanon.

The ideal candidate shall:
- have 10 to 15 years of experience with a main contractor.
- holder of a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering is a must.

Key responsibilities:
1) Define and establish detailed Project Execution Phases and sequencing of Activities
2) Monitor and maintain the Project Schedule & Milestones
3) Implement look ahead schedule
4) Define and monitor daily production requirements
5) Carry out take-off quantities
6) Prepare shop drawings when needed
7) Prepare Client’s and Subcontractors’ IPCs
8) Conduct meetings and coordinate regularly with all stakeholders
9) Follow up, monitor and ensure: implementation of design changes, coordination to schedule, submittal of Purchase Requisitions, Quality Control, Safety Procedures Implementation,
10) Record, calculate and notify all changes leading to VOs
11) Prepare cost report in coordination....
