Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Resolve product or service issues effectively and professionally

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Provide information about products, services, and policies

Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when needed

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is a plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, empathetic attitude

Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and online platforms

Fluency in English Arabic
