We’re Hiring: Factory Maintenance Manager
Location: Bekaa | ???? Full-time

What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise all mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance activities.
Ensure optimal performance of boilers, generators, air compressors, ammonia-based refrigeration systems, air-cooled towers, AHUs, fan coil units, and reverse osmosis water treatment plants.
Manage and troubleshoot automation systems including SCADA, PLCs, drives, P&ID systems, and control panels.
Oversee power distribution systems, MCC/PCB panels, and iPV solar power systems.
Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance engineers and technicians.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Handle budget planning and resource allocation for the maintenance department.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
20+ years of experience in industrial maintenance management.
Strong technical expertise in boilers, generators, compressors, refrigeration, HVAC, and water treatment.
Hands-on experience with automation systems (SCADA, PLCs, drives, P&IDs, electrical panels).
Skilled in plumbing, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
