We’re Hiring: Technical Production Maintenance Head

Liban Lait is seeking a highly skilled Technical Production Maintenance Head to lead all maintenance and technical operations at our production facility. This role ensures that machinery and systems operate at peak performance, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise the maintenance & technical team to support smooth production operations.
Plan, coordinate, and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, including PLCs, drives, industrial electricity panels, PCB/MCC panels, and electrical motors.
Ensure optimal performance of manufacturing machines, such as machining, lathe, milling, welding, and other machine shop equipment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams for continuous improvement.
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and modernization.
Train, mentor, and develop the technical and maintenance team.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in manufacturing/FMCG.
Strong expertise in industrial machinery operations, automation, and power systems.
Hands-on experience in machining, milling, welding, and related equipment.
Skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and leading technical teams.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Solid knowledge of safety regulations and industrial best practices.
