We’re Hiring: Occupational Health & Safety Officer (HSE) | Liban Lait
Location: Bekaa- Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations (OSHA, ISO 45001, HACCP, GMP).
Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments; implement corrective actions.
Lead safety induction and training for staff on fire safety, chemical handling, PPE, and emergency response.
Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and implement preventive measures.
Maintain safety documentation and audit records (SDS, risk assessments, toolbox talks, etc.).
Oversee handling/storage of hazardous materials (cleaning agents, ammonia, sanitizers).
Coordinate fire drills, evacuation exercises, and first aid training.
Collaborate with QA and Production to align safety with quality and hygiene standards.
Promote a proactive safety culture through campaigns, posters, and briefings.
Supervise fire alarm systems (daily checks, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance).
Provide first aid support and coordinate employee health matters with HR. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in FMCG, food production, or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, HACCP, GMP standards.
Excellent communication, training, and reporting skills.
