Role Summary:

The Warehouse Officer ensures proper recordkeeping, inventory tracking, and coordination with warehouse staff to maintain smooth stock flow and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Record stock in/out using Excel or Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Support inventory checks and reconciliations
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and delivery teams
• Report stock discrepancies, damages, or delays
• Assist in preparing dispatch and receiving documentation
• Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory

Requirements:
• High school diploma (technical degree is a plus)
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, data entry)
• 0–2 years of warehouse/logistics experience
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control practices
