The Accountant ‘responsibilities include accounting bookings, documentation and registration of specific journal vouchers under the set procedures of each functionality.

2. MAJOR FUNCTIONS PERFORMED / PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
 Manage and book specific sales vouchers related to selective products as assigned from time to time.
 Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
 Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
 Manage accounting transactions assigned to him/her by the Chief Accountant
 Work Closely with the Chief Accountant to Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
 Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings of all accounts under his/her responsibility
 Assist in other functions of the department whenever needed and as assigned to him/her from time to time by the Chief Accountant.
 Submitting reports on time
 Submitting the DSR (Daily Sales Report) daily.
 Perform and analyze and report annual and adhoc Stock counts in all locations.
 Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
 Comply with financial policies and regulations

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/accounting or related field
or Superior Technical Degree (T.S) from Technical institute.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Finance /Accounting
Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel, and Finance system related program
Language Skills:Good Knowledge of English language is a plus
