Requirements:
1- Education : Bachelor Degree in Logistics and Transportation
2- Years of Experience : 5- 8 years
3-Required previous experience: In shipping lines is a must

Duties:

• Daily Operations Management:
o Coordinate day-to-day shipping operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
o Resolve any operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Team Support and Collaboration:
o Support the shipping and NVOCC teams in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
o Provide guidance and assistance to team members to improve performance and achieve operational goals.
o Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
o Vessel & Port Operations
o Oversee daily vessel operations, including berthing, loading, unloading, and turnaround times.
o Ensure smooth coordination with port authorities, terminal operators, and shipping agents.
o Monitor vessel schedules and liaise with stakeholders to minimize delays.
o Supervise cargo operations, ensuring compliance with handling procedures and safety regulations.
• Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on shipping operations.
o Conduct a detailed analysis of operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
o Provide management with actionable insights based on report findings.
o Keep a detailed knowledge on the market and share the market analysis accordingly with management.
• Training and Development:
o Train team members on reporting techniques, professional customer service, and operational best practices.
o Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Customer Service Excellence:
o Ensure that the team provides professional and efficient customer service to all clients.
o Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Technological Advancements:
o Stay informed about new technologies and advancements in the shipping industry.
o Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
o Implement and train the team on new technological solutions.
• Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies.
o Promote a culture of safety within the team and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
