HR & admin coordinator

Job Summary
The HR & Administration Coordinator will provide support in day-to-day HR and administrative activities. This junior-level role is ideal for candidates with minimum 2 years of experience who are eager to build their career in Human Resources and Administration. The coordinator will assist with HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, office management, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
• Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and other employee data.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and reports.
• Prepare NSSf paper and other related matters
• Follow up &enroll employees in insurance
Administration:
• Provide general administrative support to the HR & Administration department.
• Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and equipment needs.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
• Support in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or Administration (internships included).
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
