Sales Person – Marma Botanica

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Person to join the Marma Botanica family. The ideal candidate will be passionate about natural wellness and enthusiastic about sharing our herbal products with shops, wellness centers, and holistic markets across Lebanon. This role combines sales and delivery responsibilities — ensuring our products reach clients on time while nurturing meaningful relationships that reflect the values of our brand.

Job Responsibilities:

-Visit shops, wellness centers, pharmacies, and holistic markets to promote and sell Marma Botanica products.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and establish new partnerships.

-Deliver products safely and on time to retail partners, clients, and event locations.

-Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually aligned with brand standards.

-Collect payments and invoices when needed, ensuring proper documentation.

-Support marketing activations, pop-up events, and holistic fairs when required.

-Maintain product knowledge and represent the Marma Botanica philosophy with integrity and passion.

Job Requirements:

-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in wellness, cosmetics, herbal, or natural product industries.

-Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (required for deliveries).

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Good organizational and time management abilities.

-Trustworthy, responsible, and professional in handling cash and products.

-Basic knowledge or interest in natural wellness, herbalism, or holistic living is a plus.

-Flexible working hours and availability to circulate across regions in Lebanon.

Compensation:
-Base salary + commission on sales.
-Fuel allowance and delivery reimbursement.
