Role Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support / Network Administrator to join our team at ProPack. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lebanon.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing technical support to employees, and maintaining secure and efficient systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide first and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage and maintain Windows Servers and various on-premises applications.
• Set up accounts, workstations, and system access for new employees.
• Monitor performance and maintain IT systems according to business requirements.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VLANs, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Manage backups and implement disaster recovery solutions.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices through access controls, antivirus, firewalls, and secure configurations.
• Upgrade systems with new releases, patches, and models.
• Support and maintain email services, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Document IT infrastructure: technical guides, and manuals for procedures.
• Develop expertise and train staff on new technologies and IT policies.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated issues.

General Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in IT support and network/system administration.
• Proven experience in IT support and network/system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and Windows/Linux servers.
• Knowledge of containerization and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Proven knowledge in cybersecurity and best practices for system/network hardening.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain technical details.
• Industry certifications (CCNA, CompTIA NetworK+, MCSA, etc.) are considered an advantage.
• HikVision knowledge is a plus.
• Coding skills in Laravel + Vue are a plus.________________________________________
