Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Creator/Graphic Designer. The candidate will be responsible for creating content, visual communications, mood boards, storyboards, web designs, and brand identities... They will work closely with our clients to understand their design requirements, ideate and conceptualize design solutions, and present their work in a timely manner. They will need to be on top of marketing trends and tools with combined creativity to provide high-end results to the clients in terms of concept, content, and design.



Qualifications

Teamwork within the company and team members
Work closely with the art/marketing director and other team members to conceptualize and execute creative solutions
Create compelling storytelling and visually appealing concepts
Create compelling and cohesive brand identities with a studied approach to logo construction and the development of all brand assets
Ability to do content creation that are trendy
Adobe Suite
CapCut


Visual Development:

From visual strategies for marketing campaigns (print, digital, and social channels) with 360-marketing and storytelling approaches
To content creation
To ensure consistent execution across different channels
Project Management: Manage multiple projects/assignments from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and requirements
Design Creation: Produce high-quality artwork and layouts for both digital and print media
Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of material and quality of material published
Participate in analyzing the performance of content for better enhancement
Participate in meetings with clients to discuss creative directions and review projects
Participate in internal meetings to discuss creative directions and review projects
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to ensure the highest quality and innovation in design output
