Hiring a Senior Foreman - Infrastructure & Roads for a reputable construction company based in Nigeria.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in civil construction, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or foreman role directly on major road construction, highways, or civil infrastructure projects (e.g., drainage, bridges, earthworks)

• A minimum of a National Diploma (ND) in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management.

• Strong operational knowledge of heavy construction equipment (e.g., excavators, graders, rollers, pavers) and experience with efficient scheduling and maintenance.

• Relevant professional or safety certifications, such as OSHA training, First Aid/CPR, or Construction Site Safety Supervisor certifications
