Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Data Analyst The role focuses on monitoring orders, analyzing sales data, forecasting re-orders, and ensuring customers receive timely follow-ups to maintain consistent order cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Monitoring & Follow-Up
• Track customer orders from placement to delivery.
• Proactively follow up with customers for re-orders before stock runs out.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to resolve delivery or supply issues.
2. Customer Retention & Relationship Management
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order schedules.
• Encourage repeat orders according to agreed timelines.
• Support the sales team in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
3. Sales Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze customer purchase history to forecast future order needs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on order cycles, customer activity, and potential risks.
• Identify trends in re-order frequency and suggest strategies to improve retention.
4. Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop re-order strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer service and retention.
• Assist in maintaining accurate CRM and sales records.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field.
• Experience in sales support, order management, or data analysis preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and anticipate customer needs
