Area Sales Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings
• Help sales team fulfill their duties
• Apply sales policy regarding prices, offers and company obligations
• Follow up and check salesmen work
• Update daily routine
• Improve salesmen work and report wrong actions
• Check and collect customer debt accounts
• Visit customers when needed, check products availability and solve problems
• Coordinate with distribution manager, customer service, accounting department, marketing manager and storekeeper
• Area Sales Manager exceptionally conduct route riding when there is a necessity, absence or at normal conditions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A combination of experience, education and training which demonstrates the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
• Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
• Arabic, French & English knowledge
• General office procedures and basic record keeping
• Computer knowledge, and other related office equipment and machines
