We are currently seeking a Label Processing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the complete label lifecycle — from preparation and printing to coordination and compliance. This role is essential in supporting smooth operations across production, warehousing, and customer service.
???? Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare and print accurate product labels, including barcodes, expiry dates, and legal info.
• Coordinate daily labelling tasks with production and warehouse based on orders and delivery timelines.
• Monitor label stock levels and coordinate reordering to prevent shortages.
• Ensure all labels comply with internal standards and external regulations or customer requests.
• Communicate with customer service to apply special labelling requirements.
• Investigate and resolve labelling issues in collaboration with production and quality teams.
???? Qualifications & Skills:
• TS Diploma (Industrial, Packaging, or related field preferred)
• 2–3 years’ experience in labelling, printing
• High attention to detail and organization
• Basic Excel and MS Office skills
• Strong team spirit and communication abilities
