Duties:
- Verify the NC files, set up and operate multiple CNC milling machines according to drawings, SOPs, and operation lists.
- Monitor machining processes, adjust parameters in coordination with CAM team, and ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
- Prepare tools, fixtures, and workpieces; use the Tool Presetter as needed.
- Inspect parts, maintain documentation, and complete Daily Work Reports (POW).
- Perform routine machine maintenance, leveling, and calibration in coordination with Planning and Quality.
- Follow TPM, 5S, and safety procedures consistently.
- Suggest improvements to reduce setup time, enhance part quality, and optimize machine efficiency.
- Participate in training and continuous skill development activities.
- Create and maintain an archive for each manufactured mold part, documenting all production details and records for future reference.
- Prepare the next machining operation on the assigned machines to ensure uninterrupted production.

Qualifications:
- Degree: Vocational or technical degree in mechanics or related field. ( LT Degree)
- Language: basic command of English both spoken and written.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in CNC milling.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, machinery, and mold manufacturing, with in-depth knowledge in CAD/CAM tools
