Hiring a Chief Accountant for a respected and well-established company based in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Professional accounting certification preferred (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CMA) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and legal/regulatory requirements; exposure to international accounting standards (IFRS) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required.

Compensation: $3,500, with provided shared accommodation, food allowance, transportation, annual round-trip flight ticket, 30 days of paid annual leave, and medical coverage
