We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Officer to join our team fmcg company. The ideal candidate will support logistics operations including shipment coordination, inventory management, and documentation, ensuring smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking domestic and international shipments.

Prepare and process shipping and customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).

Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock monitoring and control.

Support procurement activities by following up on orders and delivery schedules.

Ensure all logistics documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.

Prepare periodic logistics and shipment reports for management review.

Communicate effectively with internal departments (procurement, sales, and operations).

Assist in resolving logistics issues or shipment discrepancies.

Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
English language needed and French is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus
