Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join the team. He/ She will have a strong visual eye, excellent technical skills in design and video production, and the ability to translate healthcare concepts into engaging visuals. This role requires mobility between our Beirut and Bekaa offices, making a valid driver’s license and access to a car essential.

What will you do?

Graphic Design:

• Create visual materials for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, brochures, posters, banners, and presentations.
• Ensure all visuals align with the SMC brand identity and communication standards.

Videography & Photography:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, awareness initiatives, and internal communications.
• Capture professional photos of events, facilities, doctors, and patients (as applicable).
• Manage lighting, composition, and post-production editing.

Video Editing:

• Edit footage to produce engaging and professional final outputs using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
• Add motion graphics, sound effects, subtitles, and transitions as needed.

Social Media Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas.
• Adapt designs and videos for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
• Assist with content scheduling and performance tracking when needed.

What do we expect of you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Production, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in design, videography, and video editing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
• Strong photography skills with knowledge of lighting, framing, and editing.
• Basic understanding of social media trends and content optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Must own a car and be able to commute between Beirut and Bekaa as required.
