Restaurant Manager (Kitchen & Front of House) Location: Beirut, Lebanon Company: Famous & Beloved Beirut Dining Establishment

We are seeking a highly disciplined, charismatic, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead both the kitchen (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) operations.

This is a high-profile role for a professional ready to lead a world-class team. You will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership, driving operational excellence, designing training programs, and managing all guest/VIP relations.

Experience Requirements (Choose one):

Hospitality Degree + 5 years of progressive BOH/FOH management.

8+ years of progressive BOH/FOH management (in lieu of degree).

Mandatory Requirements:

Proven experience working with an international company or brand.

Strong sense of discipline and operational structure.

Excellent knowledge of BOH/FOH documentation.

Proficiency in Omega software and MS Office.

Must be immediately available (or max 2 weeks notice).
