We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team in Dbayeh.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a community engagement strategy aligned with the brand’s goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the community across platforms.
• Monitor, moderate, and respond to community feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and curate engaging content to drive interaction and community participation.
• Analyze community performance and sentiment using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to relay community feedback and advocate for user needs.
• Develop guidelines to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming community environment.
• Handling internal filing and Odoo operation

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Experience with customer service or brand advocacy.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools is a Plus.
• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using community management platforms
