Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Zouk Branch – Sleep Comfort
Department: Showroom Sales
Reports to: Showroom Manager
Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on Sleep Comfort’s products including furniture, mattresses, and accessories. He/She ensures an excellent shopping experience, meets sales targets, and maintains the company’s professional image.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and questions.

Present, promote, and sell the company’s products to both new and existing customers.

Provide detailed product information (materials, prices, features, and benefits).

Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and organization of the showroom.

Prepare quotations, follow up on potential sales, and finalize transactions.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.

Handle customer complaints and refer complex issues to the Showroom Manager.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, promotions, and company policies.

Record customer information and feedback accurately in the system.

Participate in periodic inventory checks and stock updates.

Uphold a professional image and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (experience in furniture or mattresses is an asset).

Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic; English or French is a plus.

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Personal Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Customer-oriented attitude and professional appearance.

Team player with the ability to work under pressure.

Motivated and target-driven.

Working Conditions:

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, as per company schedule.

Workplace: Zouk Branch Showroom.

Compensation: Fixed salary + commission based on sales performance
