We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team in Antelias on a full-time, on-site basis. The Operations Officer will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations across departments, supporting workflow efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role also involves monitoring stock, coordinating logistics, preparing reports, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives. The Operations Officer will act as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Monitor and maintain inventory, stock movement, and product quality checks.

Coordinate logistics, including shipping, transfers, and delivery schedules.

Prepare and analyze operational reports for management review.

Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.

Support cross-departmental collaboration to achieve company goals.

Assist in onboarding and training staff on operational processes.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.

Identify and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Proven experience in operations, logistics, or administration (jewelry/retail sector preferred).

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory management systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in luxury retail or jewelry operations is a strong advantage
