Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the shipment and transportation of goods locally and internationally.

Ensure proper documentation for import/export, customs clearance, and delivery.

Track shipments and update all relevant stakeholders with accurate information.

Manage communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries.

Prepare and maintain logistics reports, shipment records, and invoices.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain stock accuracy.

Handle any logistics issues such as delays, damages, or shortages and find immediate corrective actions.

Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business needs.

Optimize logistics costs by identifying more efficient transportation routes and service providers.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination.

Strong knowledge of logistics software and MS Office tools

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
