Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience.

Meet performance goals and service level targets.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
