Administrative Assistant / Junior Accountant

Location: Hazmieh-Lebanon
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time

???? Key Responsibilities
• Maintain contact lists
• Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and expense reconciliations
• Maintain filing systems and office supplies inventory
• Handle correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
• Handle Petty Cash
• Support administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, copying, and printing
• Coordinate office procedures
• Greet and assist visitors, and respond to inquiries professionally
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information
• Continuously improve administrative systems and resolve office-related issues
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Background in accounting or finance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Attention to details
