• Supervise and coordinate a fast-paced supermarket construction and finishing project in Beirut, Lebanon.
• Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure all subcontractors work according to the approved Time Schedule, Approved Shop drawings, Specifications and Scope of Works.
• Coordinate between various trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Aluminum & Facade, Fit-out, Elevator, etc.) to prevent clashes and delays.
• Lead daily coordination meetings with site engineers, subcontractors, and the client’s representative.
• Review and approve subcontractors’ method statements, work sequences, and material deliveries. 
• Monitor construction progress and report daily/weekly updates to management. 
• Ensure that work is executed in line with the project timeline and milestones.
• Enforce quality control procedures and ensure all works conform to design specifications and standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and site safety procedures. 

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 20 years of Construction experience (10 years in construction management) preferably in retail, commercial, and fast-track projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, fit-out sequencing, and interdisciplinary construction.
• Proven ability to lead multiple subcontractors under tight timelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. 
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on on site. 
• Collaborative attitude with a focus on project delivery and client satisfaction.
