In-House Lawyer/Corporate Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and service contracts.
• Advise management on legal, regulatory, Taxation and compliance matters.
• Manage company legal documentation and corporate governance records.
• Coordinate with external counsel for litigation and regulatory matters.
• Represent the company toward local authorities and municipalities
• Monitor new legislation relevant to company operations.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.

work location: Hamra
working days: Monday to Friday 8:00 am till 5:00 pm
