We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our self-service, ready-to-eat branch.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Manage inventory, cost control, and team performance.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and handle feedback proactively.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in restaurant or quick-service management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and operational standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• French language
