Job Summary
The Senior Merchandising & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting retail operations through effective product management, sales monitoring and marketing coordination.

This position ensures that collections are well represented across stores, sales targets are achieved and brand visibility is consistently aligned with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities
Merchandising & Product Management
Plan seasonal assortments and monitor sell-through performance.
Coordinate product transfers, replenishment and price updates.
Prepare weekly sales, stock and margin reports.
Identify slow-moving items and suggest promotional or liquidation actions.

Sales & Store Coordination
Support retail teams in meeting sales objectives.
Track sales trends, analyze results, and share feedback with management.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure product visibility and staff alignment with brand guidelines.

Marketing & Brand Coordination
Coordinate local marketing activities, store activations and digital initiatives.
Liaise with brand partners for campaign approvals and marketing contributions.
Prepare marketing calendars and track campaign performance.

Reporting & Communication
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
Maintain organized communication with suppliers, brands and internal departments.

Profile & Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience in fashion retail ideally in luxury or premium brands.
Strong Excel and data reporting skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, etc.)

Fluent in English and Arabic (French is an asset).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
