The Floor Manager must assist the Ecommerce Operations Manager in achieving maximum sales and margin while controlling the operating costs and ensuring high productivity of the staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate unresolved issues when needed.
- Supervise eCommerce order fulfillment and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
- Oversee delivery fleet operations, routing, and coordination with Distribution Center.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and food safety standards.
- Manage inventory of high-value and promotional items, resolving any stock issues.
- Lead, train, and schedule staff to maintain productivity and service quality.
- Support promotional campaigns and monitor stock availability.
- Report system or operational discrepancies to relevant departments
