We are looking for a skilled Chef specialized in Levantine (Lebanese/Syrian) cuisine to join our team outside Lebanon.
Candidates should be willing to relocate abroad and passionate about authentic dishes such as shawarma, grills, mezze and traditional Lebanese/Syrian dishes.

Job Description

• Prepare authentic Levantine(Lebanese/Syrian) dishes.
• Contribute to menu development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations efficiently.
• Maintain high standards in taste, presentation and portion control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef or cook in Levantine (Lebanese/Syrian) cuisine.
• Experience in shawarma preparation is a strong plus.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good English communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
• Willingness to relocate abroad (Southeastern Europe).
