We are looking for an IT Support who is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of the company’s IT systems and equipment

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues or escalates requests to the appropriate party as needed
- Replace or repair defective IT components and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Perform site visits and preventive maintenance as directed by management
- Ensure the smooth operation and availability of all IT-critical systems
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes within the Domain Controller and Microsoft 365 environments
- Maintain and update the IT asset inventory in the organization’s IT management system
- Follow up on pending IT orders and requests with both internal and external parties until resolution

Preferred Skills:
- Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI (e.g., inventory, sales, and purchasing analytics)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Navision and/or Syncwise systems
- Has experience in CCTV and biometric systems

Qualifications:
- University Degree in Computer Science
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT asset management best practices
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
