In-House Facility Management Company Seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager.

Position Summary:
The Accounting & Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with Lebanese laws and accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Planning
• Develop and monitor annual budgets.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations.
• Monitor cash flow and revenues.

2. Accounting Operations
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee receivables, payables, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely payment of suppliers and collection of dues.

3. Compliance & Auditing
• Ensure compliance with Lebanese laws and taxes.
• Coordinate with external auditors.
• Propose improvements to internal controls.

4. Payroll & NSSF
• Process payroll and ensure accuracy.
• Manage reporting and contributions to NSSF.

5. Strategic Support
• Provide financial analysis for decision-making.
• Prepare reports for General Assemblies.
• Participate in financial strategy discussions
