Operations and Accounting Coordinator

PrimeEdge Talents is hiring for a client the following vacancy:
An Operations and Accounting Coordinator who supports the company’s daily financial processes and administrative operations. The role ensures accuracy of accounting entries, smooth flow of transactions, and timely follow up on legal and operational requirements. This position plays a key role in maintaining organised documentation, stock variation accuracy, payment cycles, and proper system updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Logistic and shipping experience is a high plus
- Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
- High accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of accounting and transaction flows
- Good knowledge of compliance (Tax and social security)
- Good written and verbal communication skills English Arabic and French is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel) and accounting systems
