Job Summary:
MJ Services Group is seeking a qualified Senior Food Safety & Hygiene Officer (Part-Time) to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards across all operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP/ISO).
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments for out clients.
• Deliver training on food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to meet compliance requirements.

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in Food Safety and Hygiene (hospitality or catering industry).
• Strong knowledge of local and international food safety regulations.
• HACCP Level 3 certification or higher is desirable.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Valid driving license and access to a car are required
