Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in home appliances and entertainment systems.

Install and configure appliances and entertainment units at client sites.

Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on electronic and mechanical components.

Replace defective parts using appropriate tools and manufacturer-approved components.

Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.

Provide accurate repair estimates and explain issues and solutions clearly to customers.

Maintain service records, parts inventory, and warranty documentation.

Ensure adherence to company policies, electrical safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.

Stay updated on new appliance technologies, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques.

Support the team in troubleshooting complex cases and share technical knowledge with junior technicians.

Qualifications and Skills:

Technical diploma or vocational certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in home appliance or entertainment system repair.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and electronic testing tools.

Ability to read circuit diagrams, technical manuals, and wiring schematics.

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Physically able to lift and move appliances safely.

Valid driver’s license (preferred).
