A company in Hazmieh is hiring a responsible and organized female Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across multiple projects. Although this is primarily an administrative role, we prefer a fresh graduate in Marketing or a related field due to the communication, organization, and coordination aspects involved.

Administrative & Operations Support
Handle daily office tasks, calls, messages, and emails.
Manage registrations, attendance lists, and follow-ups with clients and participants.
Organize schedules, documentation, and databases.
Coordinate appointments, bookings, and internal tasks.
Maintain files, reports, and structured records.
Assist in planning and supporting events, activities, and internal programs.
Communication & Customer Handling
Communicate professionally with clients and partners.
Answer inquiries, provide information, and follow up when needed.
Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
General Support
Assist in basic logistics, vendor follow-ups, and office errands when required.
Support management across various business projects and tasks.
Ensure smooth daily workflow and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate (or last-year student) in Marketing, Business, Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.
Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to multitask.
Good knowledge of MS Office and professional messaging tools.
Friendly attitude, team spirit, and full commitment (no side jobs).
