Cash Van Sales Supervisor

Follow up on sales force team routes, daily coverage and challenges
- Follow up Distribution & coverage.
- Follow up on stands and displays / visibility during visits
- Manage and generate orders from existing customers and develop new and un-tapped potential customers
- Conduct daily meetings with sales team to review and analyze Daily Sales Report by Sales Representative;
- Discuss daily sales, coverage, aging and POSM/visibility; take notes on problems and improvements needed
- Maintain FEFO in market; Manage Expiries of perishable items and improve visibility of products on shelves
- Conduct daily double-visits with sales force members to closely monitor and improve performance and keep up with the market needs; Ensure 90% of the working hours in the field. All sales force team members are to be joined at least 3 times per month
- Report the next following day, all discrepancies adjusted in the market while performing the after shift visit
- Ensure regular Sales and Market Intelligence reporting to NSM. Collect competition monitoring reports from Sales Representatives, compile data and send it to NSM on the spot
- Ensure the sales force is properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve preset KPIs
- Establish and maintain a high profile relationship with customers at all levels
- Handle all customers’ complaints and ensure problem solving and implementation of corrective measures
