Assistant Maintenance Manager

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations conducted within department to ensure quality and service.
• Provide general clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management and colleagues.
• Follow up and complete all tasks assigned by the Service Field Manager.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling on all the maintenance route of the entire maintenance technician.
• Maintain and updates all the records for any routine repairs and major maintenance made for elevators & escalators.
• Coordinate and review on all assigned elevator and escalator maintenance and repair services.
• Provides staff assistance to the Service Field Manager by collaborating with the superintendent and supervisors in preparing staff reports and other correspondence as appropriate and necessary.

• Communication: Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and writing.
• Organizational: organize the work efficiency.
• Problem solving: identify the problem and find solution to ensure accuracy.
• Computer skills: MS Office.

Related Experience:
• 0 -2 years of experience in administration.

Education:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
