Senior Sales Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, in Lebanon and offshore
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for diesel generator sets, control systems, and related equipment.
• Participate in Lebanese Tenders, and maintain good contact with the NGOs.
• Conduct site visits and send the technical evaluations to ensure proper solution design.
• Collaborate with the Installation and service teams to ensure accurate project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
Handle project requests by carefully assessing the BOQ’s and technical documents.
• Stay up to date on competitors, market trends, and technological developments in power generation.
• Assist the sales Team and Saccal offices offshore in quoting projects and Tenders
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and profitability goals.


Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 Years of sales experience
• Technical & Sales experience in manufacturing or engineering field is preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers
• Extroverted personality with strong customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and applications
• Motorized and willing to work on his/her own car
