We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Freelance Scheduler/Recruiter to support our Mystery Shopping operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling mystery shoppers for various projects. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Fluency in English is a must (written and verbal)
Recruitment experience or qualification is required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work from the office between 9 AM and 4 PM
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Previous experience in scheduling or field operations is a plus
