We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer

Duties:
1- Develop details cost and budget plans for mechanical systems
2- Conduct quantity take off and prepare BOQs
3- Prepare tender documents and manage procurement for subcontractors and suppliers
4- Manage contractual and contractual aspect of the project
5- Monitor Project expenditure and track variations
6- Coordinate with project stakeholders
7- Identify and Asses risks
8- Maintain updated reports

Candidate Profile
- BE in Mechanical Engineer
- 4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
- Good communication skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Good command of MS Office and Revit
- cLiving in the area of Broumana
